Powerlifters cruising toward State meet

The Sandie powerlifting swept team honors and also captured some individual accolades during the Fourth Annual Marvin Allen Invitational Meet at Somerset on Saturday. The Sandies took first place in the team standings with 68 points. Zailey Cano was named the Overall Upperclass Lifter, while Sandie Head Coach Jason Bagwell was named Outstanding Coach of the event.
