County Commissioners Court members Joel Behrens, Vern Lyssy, David Hall and Gary Reese show off their V.G. Young Institute of County Government graduation certificates alongside Calhoun County Judge Richard Meyers. The complete certification now leaves Calhoun County as one of two counties in the state of Texas to have a fully certified court.
